Custom RSC Shippers
Regular slotted containers (RSC) in custom dimensions for efficient packing of medical device cartons, pouches, and trays. Available in 200#, 275# and more test grades.
Double & Triple-Wall Cases
Heavy-duty double-wall and triple-wall corrugated for capital equipment, heavy devices, and products requiring maximum compression and stacking resistance.
Die-Cut & Custom Configurations
Full-overlap, telescope, and custom die-cut configurations for devices requiring specific internal layouts, partitions, or non-standard shapes.
Printed Corrugated
Up to 6-color flexographic printing for shipper identification, handling instructions, UDI, lot/date, and regulatory markings. Digital printing available too.
Partitions & Dividers
Corrugated partitions, cell packs, and chipboard dividers to organize multiple units within a master shipping case and prevent device-to-device contact damage.
Litho Label boxes
Litho Labeling available for high end boxes typically for end consumer usage. 4 color process, spot UV and other print finishes available.
