Tuck-end, reverse tuck, auto-bottom, sleeve, and crash-lock styles available. Manufactured from SBS, CRB, or kraft substrates to suit your device and sterile requirements.
Rigid Set-Up Boxes
Two-piece lid and base, telescope, and clamshell configurations. Ideal for higher-value devices, diagnostic kits, and products requiring premium structural protection.
Full-Color Commercial Printing
Offset and digital printing with finishes including matte/gloss lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, and embossing. Artwork coordinated through our in-house graphic art services team.
Custom Sizes and Dieline Development
Carton dimensions engineered to fit your device precisely — reducing internal movement, minimizing material waste, and optimizing pallet efficiency. Dielines provided for approval before tooling.
Regulatory Labeling and IFU Integration
Artwork developed to accommodate UDI, lot/date coding, sterilization symbols, and multilanguage requirements for domestic and international markets.
VMI & Inventory Management
Carton inventory managed through our VMI and Kanban programs — same-day delivery, JIT replenishment, and inventory reporting to keep your line running.
